Hi,
Thanks for the recipe, but I've a very concerning question related to the ingredients i.e., EO = Essential oils. I am an owner of a kitty and I've learned that many essential oils like peppermint, tea tree etc are not safe arounts cats & may have the same danger for dogs. Oils which are safe and do not trigger any respiratory issues are olive, coconut, almond, vitamin E and perhaps rosehip and mustard.
Do you have any safe skin salve recipe to wear around kitties?
Thank you

My sister just gave me something like this. I am very sensitive to strong smells. I know these were the ingredients she used, and maybe more, but the frankincense really is strong and gave me a headache. Would you get the same benefit with only putting in 3-5 drops?

Hi love your recipe. Before making it can I ask your advise please. I’d like to add a little honey powder together with the arrowroot powder ( or maybe in place of the arrowroot as it would do the same job in reducing oiliness)
Do you think this would work? I think most powders mix well in water but I don’t want to do this as I don’t want o add a preservative. If I whisked in the honey powder vigorously as you would the arrowroot surely it would eventually blend in the oil/butter mixture? Your thoughts please would be most appreciated, regards Chrissie

I just made this ( well... Similar ), and made use of the spoon that I was stirring with. Let me just say that I live in the high desert and snow just arrived. Double whammy for dry skin! I can't wait for this to cool so that I can shower and put it on from head to toe. This concoction is so silky!!
