Lemon Essential Oil
Lemon essential oil is cold-pressed from the rind of the lemon and is not the same as lemon juice. It cleanses and purifies the air and surfaces and also cleanses the body and aids in digestion.
How we use it:
1. Drink It—2 to 3 drops of lemon in each glass of water you drink will not only kill the nasties in your tap water but will also provide a gentle detox. Make sure you use glass as citrus EOs can etch plastic. For life on the go I love this glass water bottle.
2. Clean It–lemon is one of my favorite oils to use in homemade cleaning products because of its fabulous disinfecting properties and its fresh, invigorating scent. When you start making your own cleaning products you should invest in some of these awesome glass spray bottles.

Have you ever considered about adding a little bit more than just your articles? I mean, what you say is valuable and everything. But just imagine if you added some great visuals or video clips to give your posts more, “pop”! Your content is excellent but with images and videos, this blog could definitely be one of the most beneficial in its niche. Terrific blog!

So glad I found your blog from the Sits Sharefest! I am brand new to Young Living essential oils. It’s easy to get overwhelmed as a newbie trying to learn what each is for and all the possible combos. I’m an artist and want to come up with some cute printable EO recipe cards, so I’ll be trying some of these recipes to find my favorites! Thanks for sharing!!
